Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Representative to help drive growth at WellDatabase. This is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit team where every deal makes a noticeable difference. You’ll be on the front lines—talking to prospects, learning their challenges, and showing them how WellDatabase helps them move faster and work smarter.

If you’re hungry, outgoing, and ready to take ownership of your pipeline, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Reach out to leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build relationships and uncover needs
  • Conduct tailored demos that show how WellDatabase solves real workflow pain points
  • Manage and update opportunities in HubSpot with clarity and urgency
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share insights and improve outreach
  • Follow up quickly, stay organized, and never let a good opportunity go cold
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales goals while building long-term customer relationships

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales
  • Proven ability to hunt, close, and manage a pipeline
  • Confident communicator who listens well and asks smart questions
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and follow-through
  • Ability to explain technical products in plain terms and with enthusiasm
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus—but not required

Preferred Experience

  • Selling to energy professionals, geotechs, engineers, or executives
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and usage-based pricing
  • Startup experience or a track record of success in a fast-moving environment
  • Understanding of the data and analytics needs of energy companies
