These are the documents that govern WellDatabase Enterprise subscriptions. Every version we publish stays available at a permanent link, so you can always read the exact version your Order refers to. Your signed Order names the version of each document that applies, and the copy attached to your Order governs.

Which version applies to you

Your signed Order names the version of each document that governs it, and the copy attached to your Order is the one that applies. When a subscription renews, the Terms and Conditions version in effect on the first day of the renewal term governs that term.

Self-service plans purchased online are governed by the Self-Service Terms and Conditions, not the Enterprise terms listed here.

Version history

Earlier versions are listed here when they are replaced, so customers on an earlier term can always read the version that governs it.
