Transparent pricing and month-to-month terms aren't the norm in the industry, but they should be. All of our plans are offered month-to-month by default, and the pricing is below. That means no stringent contracts and no silly process for getting your price.

Do you offer a trial?
Yes, we do indeed offer a trial. A credit card is required to kick off your 3-day trial, but you will not be billed a penny if you cancel during your trial period.

Can I get a longer trial?
We know that 3 days may not seem like a lot, but we have found that users typically see whether they want to continue in that timeframe. We experimented with several variations on the trial length and discovered that 3 days is the optimal amount. We do offer longer trials to companies looking for an enterprise agreement.

Can I change my plan after I've started?
Absolutely. You can change your plan anytime. Keep in mind that you will keep your current billing date. Upgrades will be prorated, and features will be available immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no refunds for partial months.

Do you provide discounted or free access for academic researchers?
We work with several universities to provide discounted or free access to WellDatabase. Unfortunately, it can be complicated to maintain lists of active students & researchers. Due to this, we require that each institution coordinate with us to provide access at the institutional level. Deans or other administrative personnel can contact us at sales@welldatabase.com to get started.

Do you offer any discounts?
While we do believe our regular pricing is a great value, we offer discounts for longer term agreements. Quarterly plans are discounted 5% and annual plans are discounted 10%.

Can I sign up for just 1 month?
Yes, you can. All WellDatabase plans are month-to-month by default and you can cancel at any time.
